Oh No Iv Bought a Broken Vehicle Again
More and more, especially now that the economic downturn is looming on us, we start to see garage owners try to make money. They are not actually bothered how they go about doing it, they would much rather earn some quick cash for themselves. This is hurting regular working class people a huge amount as they are buying cars and then end up paying a fortune to get them fixed, this is especially worse if you have purchased the car on a finance agreement, because you are left with a broken car and debt on your shoulders. But there are numerous things you should look at doing to help yourself in this situation.
1) If the vehicle has broken before six months has gone from the purchase date, then you are in alot of situations allowed to send it back to the dealer and the finance company will then cancel the agreement and sometimes reimburse you for whatever you have paid to date.
2) If the six month period passes by then things begin to get a little more difficult to resolve, because you have to actually prove that the cars are faulty, so remember to keep all of your receipts.
I actually think there should be a law when it comes to buy a car that it should be illegal to mis advise people about the vehicle in question and if it does become faulty then it should be repaired automatically by the garage that you purchased it from or they should actually be man enough to accept the responsibility of a broken vehicle and take it back for at least a gap of the first year, because if you are paying thousands for a car you do not expect it to break down constantly.
